Departments are the main "owners" of resource objects in MeetBit. Some examples of these resources that belong to a department include Users, Meeting Links, Forms, and more.
You can create as many Departments as you intend. Generally speaking, this can directly reflect your own organization's internal structure to segregate resources across your teams. For example, you can create a Department named "Sales" for your sales team and "Marketing" for your marketing team.
Users can belong to only one Department and access only the resources that belong to that Department. For example, a user from the "Sales" Department can only create, read, update, or delete Meeting Links owned by the "Sales" Department granted they have those permissions based on their roles.
