Meeting links have several options that you can customize to suit your needs. This section will explain the different settings available and how they affect you and your customer's experience.
This is the publicly visible title of the Meeting Link.
This is an internal alias you can set to differentiate multiple Meeting Links with similar public titles.
This is the extension path of the publicly accessible URL for the Meeting Link.
This is the department that owns a Meeting Link. Users from the Global Department can select any department, but all other users can only select the department they belong to. The selected Department's calendars affect the Meeting Link's availability (along with the Global Department's calendars). Representatives assigned to the Meeting Link may only be users from this Department or the Global Department.
This is the body that is displayed within the meeting link itself.
This setting dictates the length of the available Date-Time Slots and the Events generated from the Meeting Link.
This setting dictates the timezone of the Meeting Link. This affects how the Meeting Link's available hours are evaluated and how the Date-Time Slots are generated (i.e. possible options are in proper intervals starting at the beginning of the hour). Options are the IANA time zones.
The following settings affect the Date-Time Slots available to customers who open your Meeting Link.
This setting dictates whether or not the Meeting Link is round-robin. When a Meeting Link is round-robin, only one Representative is required to be available for a Date-Time Slot to be considered available.
Additionally, when true, only one Representative is assigned and invited to the Event being generated. If more than one representative is available for the user's chosen Date-Time Slot, a Representative is assigned at random.
This setting dictates which specific date ranges your meeting link is limited to. The dates are affected by the timezone of the user setting. When not specified, the Meeting Link is available indefinitely.
This setting dictates which hours of the day the options are limited to within a week. This is based on the Timezone setting and applied on top of the Date Range (if specified). When not specified, the Meeting Link is available at all hours of the day.
This setting dictates the earliest possible available Date-Time Slot. For example, if set to 2 hours, the slots available are limited to options that are 2 hours from now or later. By default this is set to 0, meaning meetings can be scheduled as early as the first truly available option.
This setting dictates the latest possible available Date-Time Slot. For example, if set to 2 weeks, the options available are limited to dates within the next 2 weeks. When not specified, the meeting Link is available indefinitely.
This option dictates what provider must be used to save the event. By default, the MeetBit Calendar is used. Additionally, a representative that does not have a Calendar associated with the specified provider will be ignored if they have been previously added.
This option dictates what provider must be used to generate an online conference for a scheduled meeting. When not specified, no online conference is generated. Additionally, if a representative does not have an Online Conference Account associated with the specified provider, no online conference is generated.
The following settings indicate how your Meeting Link's event will show up on a calendar. You can preview these in the Meeting Link Page.

This option dictates which Page Design will be used with this Meeting Link. Only Page Designs from the Global department or the Meeting Link's department can be added. The current published version of the specified Page Design will be used. If no published version exists, the Page Design is subsequently deleted, or if this setting is not specified, the Meeting Link will use the Organization's default branding and user flows.
This option dictates what URL the customer will be redirected to after they schedule a meeting. When not specified, the customer is not redirected. This utilizes Liquid with the following information available:
MeetingLink
Event
This option dictates which MeetBit Form the customer will be redirected to after they schedule a meeting. The options are limited to the Forms the current user has read access to. When not specified, the customer is not redirected.
The following settings affect the collection and storage of customer information. By default, only an email is required to schedule a meeting, and a Customer is not saved in the database (although their information may persist through events). The following settings modify that.
This setting dictates whether a customer must input their name to schedule a meeting.
This setting dictates whether a contact number field is displayed on the Meeting Link page.
This setting dictates whether a customer must input their contact number to schedule a meeting. Collect Contact Number must be true for this setting to be true.
This setting limits the countries a contact number may originate from.
This setting dictates whether the details provided in the Meeting Link (i.e., name, email, and/or contact number) are used to update the existing Customer in the database.
This option dictates what Form to use as a feedback form for Events generated from the Meeting Link. The link to answer this Form is sent as an email to the customer or through other notification options after a meeting has occurred. The options are limited to the Forms indicated as feedback forms that the current user has read access to. When not specified, no feedback form is sent to the customer.
This option limits the number of times a Customer can schedule a meeting with the Meeting Link within an hour. The limit is based on the Customer's IP address. By default, this is set to 3.
This option dictates the password that may be used to secure a Meeting Link. The password set must follow the standard MeetBit rules around passwords. When not specified, anyone with the link can schedule with the Meeting Link.
This option dictates how the Meeting Link interacts with query parameters from the URL. This may be set to either not accept (ignore), accept, or accept only encrypted query parameters. By default, Meeting Links are set to not accept query parameters.
