# Contracts

MeetBit provides a dedicated page for accessing your company's legal contracts, fostering transparency, accountability, legal compliance, and user comprehension of the platform.

If you have permission to view Contracts and belong to the Global Department, you can access the Contracts Page at <https://customdomain.com/admin/contracts>.

If you want to filter Contracts based on their attributes, click the "Filter" button in the upper-left corner.

## Contract Item

Certain elements within your company's legal contracts with MeetBit are translated into Contract Items within the platform. However, only those that are trackable are included.&#x20;

For a comprehensive view of all contractual items, please refer to the actual document accessible via the “File URL” attribute of the Contract resource object within the platform.

The Total Count attribute signifies the Contract Item’s tracked usage across all billing periods. An empty Count Limit indicates that the Contract Item has Unlimited Usage.&#x20;

## Downloading Contract Files

You must have permission to view Contracts and be part of the Global Department to perform the steps below.

1. On the Contracts Page, click the "Download" icon in the row of your chosen Contract. Alternatively, you can go to the Contract's own page and click "Download Contract File" in the upper-right corner.
2. Click the downloaded file to view the Contract.&#x20;
