Conference Rooms
When you join a MeetBit Conference Room, control buttons will appear at the bottom of your screen. As an Attendee, you have access to these features. This section provides a guide on how you can use each control for a seamless meeting experience inside the Conference Room.

How to Turn Your Microphone On & Off

Locate the "Microphone" icon at the bottom of the screen among the control buttons.
Click the "Microphone" icon to turn on or off.
How to Turn Your Camera On & Off

Locate the "Camera" icon at the bottom of the screen among the control buttons.
Click the "Camera" icon to turn on or off.
How to Blur Your Background

Locate the "Blur Background" icon at the bottom of the screen among the control buttons.
Click the "Blur Background" icon to turn on or off.
How to Start a Screen Share

Locate the "Share Content" icon at the bottom of the screen among the control buttons.
Click the "Share Content" icon.
On the dialog popup, click the thumbnail of the tab, window, or screen you wish to share.
Click "Share" to start screen sharing.
How to Stop a Screen Share
Locate the "Stop Sharing Content" icon at the bottom of the screen among the control buttons.
Click the "Stop Sharing Content" icon.
How to View Attendees

Locate the "Attendees" icon at the bottom of the screen among the control buttons.
Click the "Attendees" icon to view all the attendees inside the Conference Room.
How to Share Content Using the Chat Tab

Locate the "Chat" icon at the bottom of the screen among the control buttons.
Click the "Chat" icon to view the Chat Tab.
Type your message on the Chat Tab.
To attach a file to your message, click the "Plus" icon.
Press the "Enter" key or click the "Send" icon to share your message.
Your message will now be visible in the Chat Tab. If other attendees have their Chat Tab closed, they will receive a notification on their screens.
How to Leave the Meeting

Locate the "Settings" icon at the bottom of the screen among the control buttons.
Click the "Settings" icon.
Click "Leave Room".
