Conference Rooms
This section explains the different options and actions you can perform to communicate with other attendees once you're inside a MeetBit Room.
Muting Your Microphone

Locate the "Microphone" icon at the bottom of the screen among the control buttons.
Click the "Microphone" icon to mute or unmute it..
Toggling Noise Suppression

Locate the "Microphone" icon at the bottom of the screen among the control buttons.
Hover (desktop) or long press (mobile) the "Microphone" icon and wait for the "More Audio Input Controls" button to appear.
Click the "More Audio Input Controls" button.
On the popup menu, click the Noise Suppression toggle.
Turning Your Camera On & Off

Locate the "Camera" icon at the bottom of the screen among the control buttons.
Click the "Camera" icon to turn on or off.
Toggling Background Blur

Locate the "Camera" icon at the bottom of the screen among the control buttons.
Hover (desktop) or long press (mobile) the "Camera" icon and wait for the "More Camera Controls" button to appear.
Click the "More Camera Controls" button.
On the popup menu, click the Background Blur toggle.
Sharing Content

Locate the "Share Content" icon at the bottom of the screen among the control buttons.
Click the "Share Content" icon.
Your browser's native content share controls will now be enabled. Choose the tab, window, or screen you wish to share.
The content you're sharing will now be visible to all attendees including yourself.

Raising Your Hand

Locate the "Raise Hand" icon at the bottom of the screen among the control buttons.
Click the "Raise Hand" icon. You may click the icon again to lower your hand.
Your video tile will now have the "Raise Hand" icon within its nameplate and the same will be visible to all attendees.
Sending Reactions

Locate the "Raise Hand" icon at the bottom of the screen among the control buttons.
Hover (desktop) or long press (mobile) the "Raise Hand" icon and wait for the "Send Reactions" button to appear.
Click the "Send Reactions" button.
On the popup menu, click the reaction you wish to use.
The reaction will appear on your video tile and will be visible to you and all other attendees.
Viewing Conference Room Information

Click the Conference Room title. This is on the upper-left corner of the screen in desktop and on the entire top area of the screen for mobile.

The Conference Room Information tab will now slide out in view. This screen will display
The Conference Room Title
The Workspace Name
The Conference Room Join URL (which you can copy and share to other attendees)
Your network connection status.
Attendees of the Conference Room.
Sending & Receiving Messages

Locate the "Chat" icon at the bottom of the screen among the control buttons.
Click the "Chat" icon to view the Chat Tab.

Type your message on the Chat Tab's Message Composer.
To attach a file to your message, click the "Plus" icon.
Press the "Enter" key or click the "Send" icon to send your message.
If other attendees have their Chat Tab closed, they will receive an audible notification after you send your message. You will also receive the same audible notification when other attendees send messages.
Configuring Room Settings
Most if not all of the above controls can be configured through the Settings Tab. This tab also holds options to set the Conference Room Language (for Transcription), leaving the room and ending the room.

Locate the "Settings" icon at the bottom of the screen among the control buttons.
Click the "Settings" icon.

If you're the Conference Room owner, remember to close the room once you're finished with the call. This prevents attendees from restarting the call unintentionally and any unwanted billing charges.
