# Conference Room Privacy

You can set MeetBit Conference Rooms based on the following Privacy options, depending on your desired Attendees for the online meeting:

* **Private**: Only the pre-defined Attendees can join the Conference Room.
* **Public**: Anyone can join the Conference Room.

Once you click the Meeting Link, you will be directed to the Landing Page, where you will be prompted to fill out your details, including your email. After completing the action and the system confirms that you are one of the Attendees (for Private Conference Rooms), you can either press the Enter key on your keyboard or click the "Enter" button to join the online meeting.

{% hint style="info" %}
If you are entering a Conference Room as an Admin Panel User, you must be signed in to MeetBit. This requirement does not apply to your Customers.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://meetbit.gitbook.io/docs/rooms/conference-rooms/conference-room-privacy.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
