Chat Rooms
MeetBit Chat Rooms show Messages sent within a Conference Room. Only Conference Room Attendees are considered to be Chat Room Members and are permitted to read and send messages.
A MeetBit Chat Room is automatically created when the Chat button is first clicked by any attendee. Otherwise, a Chat Room will not be created.
Viewing Chat Room Messages
You must have permission to view the Chat Room or be one of the attendees of the specific Conference Room to perform the steps below.
On the Chat Rooms Page, click the "View" icon in the row of your chosen Chat Room.
Scroll through the page to view Chat Room Messages.
